饭锅鸡饭
饭锅鸡饭的做法
材料:
去皮鸡肉/熟鸡肉
白米
鸡油
鸡高汤
香茅茸
南姜茸
黄姜茸
葱茸
蒜茸
香兰叶
牛油
盐
做法:
1)热锅,用鸡油爆香葱,蒜,南姜,黄姜,香茅和鸡肉,再加入白米炒香。
2)然后,倒入鸡高汤,香兰叶,牛油以及盐,搅拌均匀。
3)全部放入电饭锅,煮至饭熟即可,
