简易麥片奶油蝦
简易麥片奶油蝦
材料 :鮮蝦,咖哩葉,蛋黃,麥片,奶油,指天椒
调味料:
糖 ,盐,鸡精粉
做法:
1.虾用盐
腌渍1/2小时。
2.用奶油把蝦煎
熟,取出备用。
3.剩下的奶油,加入蛋黃,快速翻炒使蛋黃呈絲狀,倒入咖哩葉和指天椒爆一下,然後加入麥片,炒至麥片与蛋黃絲混合均勻,再加入

调味料翻炒均匀即可。
