韭菜煎饼
韭菜煎饼的做法
材料:
韭菜
麵粉
雞蛋
爆香虾米
水
调味料
:胡椒粉,鹽
1.韭菜洗淨切末。
2.韭菜,麵粉,虾米,蛋,水和调味料攪勻。
3.用平底鍋,把油烧热,倒入韭菜面糊,煎至两面金黄即可。
