海鲜煎饼
海鲜煎饼的做法
材料:
虾仁
苏东
韭菜
面糊:
麵粉
雞蛋
温水
调味料
:胡椒粉,蒜末,鱼露
1)用打蛋器把面糊攪勻,才加入虾仁,苏东,韭菜和调味料拌勻。
2)用平底鍋,把油烧热,倒入面糊,煎至两面金黄即可
