黄梨炒猪皮的做法
材料:
猪皮 (泡隔夜后,川烫,沥干)
黄梨
蒜末
水
调味料:
泰式辣椒酱
番茄酱
糖
盐
做法:
1.猪皮和黄梨切块。
2.烧热油,爆香蒜末,加入猪皮和黄梨炒一下,然后加入调味料及水,焖煮汁至浓稠即可。
