丝瓜汤
丝瓜汤做法
材料:
丝瓜
猪肉碎(加入扁鱼粉、生粉、蚝油、姜汁和麻油腌制)
蒜末
调味料:
高汤
做法:
1)丝瓜去皮、去囊、切成小件。
2)热油,爆香蒜末,加入猪肉碎和丝瓜炒香。
3)倒入高汤煮15分钟即可。
