卤豆干
卤豆干的做法
材料:
豆干 (略炸)
葱段
蒜末
生姜
调味料
:麻油 ,冰糖,蚝油,胡椒粉 ,五香粉,老抽,八角,丁香,桂皮,生抽和高汤
做法:
1)热油,先爆香生姜蒜末,然后加入调味料和豆干。
2)煮至30分钟,撒上葱段即可。
