焖豆腐
焖豆腐的做法
材料
:
豆腐 (略炸)
葱段
扁鱼
蒜末
鸡汤
江鱼仔
做法
1)炸香江鱼仔和扁鱼,加入鸡汤,煮成汤头。
2)爆香蒜末,倒入豆腐以及汤头,焖至入味,撒上葱段即可。
