肉末炒饭
肉末炒饭的做法
材料:
隔夜饭
鸡蛋 (打散)
肉末 (加入鱼露和蚝油腌制)
杂豆
洋葱碎
蒜末
调味料:
胡椒粉,生抽
做法
1)烧热油,爆香蒜末,洋葱碎和肉末炒至有香味,取出备用。
2)再
烧热油,倒入鸡蛋炒香,加入饭,杂豆,
调味料
以及之前炒好的肉末倒回锅内,大火翻炒至香。
