菜脯煎蛋
菜脯煎蛋的做法
材料:
猪肉末,菜脯碎,虾米碎,葱粒,蒜末
调味料:
酒,鸡粉,胡椒粉,鱼露
做法:
1)菜脯用清水泡1小时,沥干。
2)锅里放油,爆香虾米,菜脯,蒜末和猪肉末,取出待冷备用。
3)将鸡蛋打散,加入炒好的虾米碎,蒜末,猪肉末,菜脯,葱粒和调味料倒入蛋液内拌匀。
4)烧油锅,将蛋液倒入锅内,煎至两面金黄即可。
