脆皮面煎糕
脆皮面煎糕做法
面糊:
面粉 170g
粘米粉 100g
粟粉 30g
蛋 2个
发粉 1 tsp
椰浆 调成稀面糊
香草精
糖
馅料:放你喜爱的
馅料
1)把全部的面糊材料拌匀, 过滤。
2)用平底锅,小火,倒入面糊,用勺子摊开面糊。
3)烘至饼皮边缘转至金黄色,撒上
馅料,对折即可,取出享用。
