酥炸菜饼
酥炸菜饼的做法
材料:
豆芽,葱花,红蘿卜丝,爆香虾米碎,蒜末,盐
面糊:
自发面粉 80g
木薯粉 30g
粘米粉 30g
清水 调至稀面糊
做法:
1)把面糊拌匀,才加入其他材料搅匀。
2)热油鍋,将面糊炸至金黃色即可。
