炸咖哩虾
炸咖哩虾的做法
材料:
虾,去头和身的壳
面糊:拌匀
粘米粉 20g
自发面粉 200g
咖哩粉
适量
盐 ,
胡椒粉
少许
清水 调至面糊浓稠
做法:
1.虾的背部切一小刀,洗净沙肠,用盐
腌渍一下
,洗净后抹干水分,然后裹上面糊。
2.烧热油锅,炸至金黄色,捞起,沥油
